Hospital Diary

Day 7- Hospital Diary. Thursday is 'day of Sai' as i said yesterday,  i have visited since 2010 to 2018, almost every year to Shirdi. Maybe it is just a triva as i guess there maybe ppl who are close by, who must have visited every year. Yesterday i forgot to tell, Wednesday is also Clubs/ Hobby day. When i was a student, i was part of two clubs ie Sailing/ Gymnastic, both hobby clubs required raw strength,  maybe i had strength and sincerity both, else why would some one sweat out during his hobby time. Lot of my fellow students in the garb of club, used to do nefarious activites😊. Anyways each one to himself, i learned a lot in clubs time, i even mastered water sking too. Well coming to the day, the day started at 0600 with a slight neck pain, maybe coz of poor sleep posture. Anyways got up , changed and was on my way for exercise. I went for a  good walk of 3.0 Km ( 500 mtr increase) and did Yoga exercise,  did even a bit of Hyperventilation ( could hold td...

Hospital Diary

Day 6-  Hospital Diary. Wednesday is a day of hope in offices, specially those working 5 days a week. A mid week course corrections and planning for weekend is the norm. Wednesday makes you reliase that, the weekend is not far, just brace up for 02 more days. So what looked a big mountain of work on monday, slowly the  same work has somw clarity and priority in it. It is a kind of the day when you can go for mid week three cheers too. Well all that is part of your ritual if you are normally working  Well coming to the day, it was nice to have good slp back, the AC was functional so had a sound slp except for minor disturbances. Got up at 0545 h , i am sharing room with 02 more person. So getting up early helps in a way that you finish your daily evolutions early.  I went for a  good walk of2.5 Km ( 500 mtr increase) and did Yoga exercise,  did even a bit of Hyperventilation ( could hold tdy for 51 seconds). After 50 minutes of  exercise, took bat...

Hospital Diary

Day 5-  Hospital Diary. Today is Tuesday, a day of prayers  for Lord Hanumana, Lord of strength and raw power. In my part of world he is revered a lot for his strength. Being basically from farming community, our lad require that kind of strength and stamina as Lord Hanuman. Eventhough,  this  pandemic has made people introspect, presence of God but then it is belief which matters in the end. Tuesday is the day of struggle too as one finds himself in the plethora of work one has to do. One more good thing i forgot  about Lord Hanuman is that he is a 'Brahamchari' god, that is big blessing as this makes him totally devoted to his job always. Well coming to the day, it was bad night , i could not slp well as AC had got non-ops, got up at 5 am with improper rest.  Good thing was morning all parameters specially BP was normal. After that i went for a  good walk of2.0 Km ( 500 mtr increase) and Yoga exercise,  did even a bit of Hyperventilation t...

Hospital Diary

Day 4 -  Hospital Diary. Today is Monday, a day of Blues and day of lining up agenda for the week ahead. I had my last monday packed up with week long activites, but then you don't decide if you will be able to work on. In fact in my life i never decided of what i do, it always have been more of destiny. I am a firm believer of Karma, lot of time others Karma decides on your state and i have seen this Karma of others deciding my actions. I consider myself a noble soul,  always straight to people and never shy away from telling ,what ails something.  But alas that is not you are suppose to be in this world (kal yug), were people are fake, superficial, self centered, selfish, self obsessed,  maybe they realise, Karma is in there pocket, maybe to a point till it hits back.  Well coming to the day, well it was good walk of 1.5 Km and Yoga exercise,  did even a bit of Hyperventilation too. Got up at 6 and by 0645 , exercise was done. Out here Tea comes at ...

Hospital - Corona

Day 2 - Hospital Diary. Outside ppl are celebrating return of IPL, but then this world, where i am, ppl are fighting there own battles. Battle which has no rule, no rights or wrong, battle to just survive. So this was the day to get adjusted to Hospital life, life were you and only you can take care of your mental self. Medicine can work but that too if your body says yes you are my friend.  Had to go for customary X Ray, same old thing of poor mis managment.  You go and you wait for 2 H and in the end you don't even get X ray done. Luckily one helpful soul  MNS officer, who herself was admitted for Covid pushed her way being in staff, having spoken to her during waiting, she ensured mine X ray is also done. Not only X ray but even she read out the report too, the report was normal. Sometimes you feel MNS guys are overpaid but sometimes you feel that actually they too  have to balance a lot. Anyways, bottomline is X ray is done and dusted. Food continues to be s...

Hospital

Day 3 - Hospital Diary. Being a pre mature born child (7 months), my surivival in my birth year 1979 was itself doubtful, more so because that time health facility in India were no where close to what it is. In addtion , i was born in my village, that point in time any medical health in villages was unthinkable off, but i did survive. I did survive to see another day and i did survive many more battles too. Now i have lived my half life, njoied what was mine and struggled what too was mine. I know after half life, life is full of struggle with age, family commitments,  ageing parents,  growing kids, settling down, loan,........ list goes on.  I got to see all this in near foreseeable future.  Well coming to the day, well it was really good morning breakfast,  had south indian food. I love south indian food and people both. I at times see myself out of place in North India, Northies are just show off,no intellect level. Well being a Sunday, the hospital sta...
